Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. Relevant customer service experience. Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at onetime meeting assigned deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills initiative teamwork problemsolving independent judgment organization communication (verbal and written) time management project management and presentation skills. Proficient with computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and programs associated with the position. Strong attention to detail and followup skills. Strong customer service skills and phone and email etiquette.
