Job Description
LOCATION:Bridgewater New Jersey
SALARY: $110000 to $165300
FULLTIME

ROLE:
- Manages Production Development team supporting adhesives and coatings for packaging materials with a focus on sustainability.
- Drives development of high quality and innovative products to meet SBU strategic and financial goals.
- Identifies new trends in packaging adhesives and coatings technology and invests resources appropriately to maintain leadership in the industry.
- Develops and implements processes to ensure consistent Production Development managing opportunity and risk appropriately.
- Supports and executes IP Strategy as well as captures and defends the companys intellectual property through patents.
- Prioritizes global / regional projects assigns and leverages resources regionally.
- Ensures timely development scale up and launch of products.
- Provides technical support to Manufacturing / Quality and enables faster scale ups.
- Supports and builds upon laboratory safety culture and best practices.
YOUR SKILLS
- Ph.D. and 5 years experience in a relevant technology or market.
- People management and leadership experience preferred Innovation management and track record of commercial success.
- Chemistry knowledge of polyurethanes is preferred.
- Technology scouting experience preferred.
