The Toyota Financial Services Enterprise Tools team is seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer Senior Lead to help our growing Enterprise tools needs. This position will be responsible for building worldclass platform engineering for our development teams.
What youll be doing
Technology Strategy and :
Implement a strategic roadmap for technology initiatives within the CI/CD pipelines & Testing Tools Automation platform domains.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions that enhance employee experience.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate our technology offerings.
SelfService and Automation:
Drive initiatives to enable selfservice capabilities and automation across all supported technology areas.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes reduce manual efforts and increase efficiency through automation.
Champion the adoption of selfservice tools and platforms to empower employees to resolve issues independently.
What you bring
Proven years of experience in designing developing and maintaining cloudnative platforms and services using AWS or other cloud providers.
Strong proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python Java Bash or Groovy for automation and customization of CI/CD workflows.
Must have handson experience in testdriven development (TDD) approach for automation ensuring platforms are developed with TDD principles by writing tests before implementing feature.
Deep understanding of different testing types and leveraging these in endtoend test automation.
Handson experience working with and Mastery of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions including their configuration customization and integration capabilities.
Handson experience with Amazon Web Services including EKS ECS Lambda RDS DynamoDB EC2 S3 ELB.
Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools like Terraform AWS CloudFormation AWS CDK and AWS CodeDeploy for provisioning and managing CI/CD infrastructure.
Experience in seamlessly integrating containerization into CI/CD pipelines including Docker image building registry management and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes Amazon ECS AWS Fargate including cluster setup configuration and management.(preferred)
Experience in automation of provisioning configuration management and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.(preferred)
