Why Your Role Matters:
The Program Manager (Quality) will work as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting infectious disease pointofcare testing programs operating in remote and regional Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Australia. Specifically the Project Manager (Quality) plays a lead role in the planning development and overseeing key strategic quality projects related to the Pointof Care testing programs nationally.
Providing high level project management of quality and safety initiatives across multiple implementation projects a priority for this role is to project manage and undertake activities to prepare for future successful National accreditation of the Program under the NPAAC standards. This includes the development implementation and review of project systems and governance structures in collaboration with the project team. The role also requires stakeholder engagement management and quality assurance including quality reporting against key performance indicators.
The Project Manager (Quality) position is within the Surveillance and Evaluation Research Program and reports to the Head of the Surveillance Evaluation and Research Program and has no direct reports.
