Salary rate $22 $28 per hour depending on years of experience
Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. We are currently seeking to hire parttimeCertified Nursing Assistantsto join our team at Western Correctional Institution locatedin Cumberland Maryland.
Shift hours available 16 hours per week. Evening Shift.
The CNA works under the close direction of nursing medical and psychiatric staff to perform direct patient care to incarcerated individuals. Responsibilities include assisting patients by supporting personal hygiene daily living needs and vital sign monitoring.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Completion of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant training program and Maryland CNA license
- Current CPR
- One year experience in community provider clinic acute care long term care or correctional setting preferred
- Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
