Job Description
Performs routine and custom maintenance jobs such as electrical plumbing HVAC and carpentry as assigned.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform excellent internal/external guest service;
- Physically respond to emergency situations; i.e. fire power outage gas leak water leak or any other emergency situation or repair;
- Service and repair air handler units;
- Install and repair plumbing;
- Repair and install new or damaged equipment such as: ceiling repairs due to water leaks lighting repairs fixtures kitchen and other equipment;
- Complete work assignments in a timely manner;
- Perform preventative maintenance as needed;
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School/GED or Tech School degree
12 years related experience or special training in all areas of maintenance;
Preferred:
- Bilingual preferred
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:
- Valid Drivers License with clean driving record;
- HVAC and electrical certification preferred
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Casino environment: exposure to smoke bright lights and noise may be exposed to extreme temperatures
- Must be able to stoop bend crouch and work in confined areas
- Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
- Carry and climb ladders
- Must be able to lift carry and maneuver up to 75 lbs
