Job Description
We are currently looking for a weekenddog walkerto join our wonderfulteam in the Washington DC area.
Pet SittersResponsibilities:
Work weekends. Saturday and Sunday and holidays when needed 10 am 3pm
- Enterthe homes of clients and visit with their pets for varying lengths of time (usually 30 60 minutes each)
- Walk pets as required from clients homes or at one of our daycares
- Pick up pets and take them to the daycare
- Drop off pets at home after a day at daycare
- Walk pets to the grooming salon.
- Communicate with clients and with management during visits.
- Appropriate pet cleanup as required
Pet SittersRequirements and Qualifications:
- Must have your own reliable mode of transportation to perform the duties and responsibilities associated with this role
- Must be extremely detail oriented
- Able to follow detailed instructions
- Must be responsible reliable and dependable
- Must be timely and punctual
- Must beable toselfmanage
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be compassionate about animals
- Must feel comfortable working withand interacting with both small and large animals
- Must be able to passcriminalbackground check
