PRN opportunities available Compensation at the rate of $37/hr$37/hr!
Youll be a perfect fit for this position if you:
- Have a current and active LPN license in good standing
- Have at least 6 months LPN experience
- Are uptodate on all certifications/screening records
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Provide basic medical care such as checking and recording vital signs
- Conduct daily resident rounds to assess physical and mental health status
- Discuss health care and treatment plans with patients and families
- Report vital patient information to nurses and doctors
- Coordinate admission discharge and transfer of residents
