Job Description
InGenesis is seeking a Medical Assistant II to work with our client. In this role you will perform a variety of patient care and clinical duties.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and stock examination rooms daily.
- Prepare patients for exams.
- Assist clinician in exam room as needed.
- Assist with monitoring patient flow including waiting times in the exam room to ensure patient service in a timely manner.
- Provide information and education to clinic patients and assist clients with medical history forms as needed and complete paperwork for patient referrals.
- Take and maintain inventory of lab and exam room supplies and ensure timely ordering.
- Comply with infectious waste procedures and control measures and exam room and lab cleanliness as per protocol.
- Work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and overtime as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma GED or equivalent required.
- Medical Assistant Certification.
- Current CPR Certification (AHA).
- One year community health experience.
- Electronic Health Record system.
- Minimum 18 months experience as Medical Assistant
This position is dependent on contract award.
