We are currently looking for a passionateEvent Sales Executive to join ourSalesDepartmentonapermanentbasis with an immediate start to join us inconsistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guestsand each other. As anEvent Sales Executive your main duties andexpectations for the role will include:
Deal with all clientenquiries ensuring all clients receive relevant quotes and proposals within4hrs of enquiry. Note flag all high value pieces of business to EventsRevenue Manager. Ensure all agreements and deadlines made to clients aremaintained and achieved.
Ensure all enquiriesand prices quoted are in accordance with the monthly yield parameters. Shouldyou wish to negotiate outside these parameters please consult the EventsRevenue Manager.
Ensure Delphi is usedaccurately to record all enquiries including turndowns and to track clientcorrespondence conversations and to chase clients.
Enter a future salescall for relevant members of the sales team to follow up for future businessonce the outcome of the original enquiry has been established.
Send out brochures andinformation as requested by clients follow up to ensure these have beenreceived and chase for business.
You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil theirduties and in any event not less than 40 hours.
