About the Position:As a Customer Service Representative II (CSR II) you will stay on the move monitoring outdoor spaces with the use of a company vehicle and brighten peoples day by going out of your way to deliver unexpected service. By providing extraordinary customer service our CSR II staff set themselves apart as key team members.
Accountability
- Assisting customers with locating vehicles jump starts and flat tires.
- Patrolling parking areas in order to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts.
- Conducting lot counts and lifting positioning and removing barricades in order to open or close parking areas.
- Directing customers to parking areas or parking spaces using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.
- Replacing broken gate arms.
Communication
- Greet guests warmly and professionally establishing a positive first impression.
- Provide clear directions and information about terminals or ride shares.
Family
- Assist fellow team members during busy periods or when needed promoting a sense of unity and cooperation within the department.
Exceptional Service
- Able to speak clearly distinctly and effectively using tact and diplomacy.
- An outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
- Willingness to do whatever it takes to earn a Thank You.
Profitability
- Maximize profitability by providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and clearing debris from parking areas and walkways.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs for timely repairs.
About YOU:
The ideal candidate has a passion for logistics and people. Other attributes include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
