- Manage all aspects of the financing process including preparing and submitting finance applications reviewing credit reports and securing financing for customers.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries ensuring that all necessary documentation and paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff between the sales and finance departments.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the finance and delivery process answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of financing options incentives and manufacturer programs.
- Prior experience in automotive financing or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with finance and delivery software systems.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
