Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of digital forms using proprietary software.
- Work on website projects from concept to launch under the guidance of experienced project managers.
- Participate in requirements gathering and project planning.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and mitigate issues and risks.
- Manage and report on project status ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and team members.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and strategy discussions.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a university program preferably in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration Communications or related fields.
- Strong motivation and initiative with a desire to learn and grow in the field of project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including effective presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- General understanding of IT development or a strong desire to learn about IT development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build trusting relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
