Job Description
Controllers must have solid communication technology analytical and management skills. Candidates should possess knowledge of all aspects of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Planning directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions
- Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of business results
- Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements account reconciliations etc
- Preparing dealership commission calculations
- Providing management with information vital to the decisionmaking process
- Assessing current accounting operations offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
- Evaluating accounting and internal control systems
- Developing and monitoring business performance metrics
- Overseeing regulatory reporting
- Protects operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential
- Experience working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
- Maintain a professional appearance and neat work area
- Other tasks as assigned
Bachelors in Accounting required.
Minimum of three years of accounting experience required.
