What Youll Do:
As an M2P (MaintenancetoPerformance) Technician you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our highperformance corrugating equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep machinery running at peak performance.
- Troubleshooting & Repair Diagnose and fix mechanical electrical and automationrelated issues to minimize downtime.
- Optimization & Performance Improvement Work with our customers to enhance machine efficiency and ensure toplevel production output.
What Were Looking For:
- Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of mechanical and electricalsystems. Experience with industrial maintenance or manufacturing equipment is preferred.
- ProblemSolving Skills Ability to analyze issues identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- HandsOn Experience Previous work in maintenance field service or equipment troubleshooting is a plus.
- CustomerFocused Mindset Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally.
- Willingness to Travel Some travel may be required for training or support at customer sites.
