Associate/Senior Associate 48 PQE) EnergyAre you a corporate lawyer with strong technical experience in the energy sector (including renewables) or you have a keen interest in developing in the energy sector
We are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate 48 PQE) to join our Energy team in Edinburgh Glasgow or Aberdeen undertaking corporate work with some of the UKs largest and most active companies in the energy sector and helping them to achieve their ambitions.
This role will involve providing advice to our energy clients on all areas of corporate including M&A joint ventures and equity investment. There is a real focus on building and developing strong client relationships and getting to know and understand our clients business. Successful candidates must also be pragmatic results focused and be able to work under pressure to tight timescales as a key member of our energy focused team.
The energy sector is an important area for us and with the huge amount of technology and social and policy change which is shaping energy production services and infrastructure we are looking to grow our team with someone who is keen to help us develop the practice and who is comfortable guiding clients on corporate transactions through an evolving legal landscape. Youll be part of a collaborative team that thrives on working with clients across the spectrum of the energy industry as they navigate the energy transition as well as being involved in the teams strategy and as part of that having the ability and freedom to shape your own career.
