About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the ProPharmace team as a FoundationTraining Programme Lead. This role is ideal for a dedicated and experiencedpharmacist with a passion for education and training and a commitment tonurturing the next generation of pharmacists we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
The Foundation Training Lead will play a pivotal role in guidingand supporting trainee pharmacists through their foundation year. Keyresponsibilities include:
- Work alongside the Pharmacy Programme Director to implement the design delivery and continuous improvement of ProPharmace Foundation Training Educational Content.
- Develop and deliver highquality educational content focused on clinical decisionmaking and practical application in the workplace.
- Contribute to the organisation and delivery of ProPharmace training events workshops and webinars.
- Provide guidance and support to trainee pharmacists fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
- Promote ProPharmace programmes to regional and national stakeholders and build strong relationships within the pharmacy education community.
- Analyse learner feedback and performance data to enhance training programmes and ensure they meet the highest educational standards.
- Collaborate with the team to implement digital learning solutions and innovative training methodologies.
- Represent ProPharmace at regional and national conferences and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 43000 Pro Rata
- Contract Type: 1year fixedterm contract
- Working Hours: Hybrid parttime 24 hours per week) offering flexible working options on weekdays and weekends.
- Location: Remote working with required travel to training locations.

Requirements
Requirements
To excel in this role you should possessthe following qualifications skills and experience:
- Registered Pharmacist: Current registration with the GPhC (UK).
- Prescribing Qualification: Must be a qualified independent prescriber.
- Experience: Have previous experience with clinical teaching and learning activities associated with postgraduate and/or undergraduate pharmacy students
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and workshops.
- Project Management: Strong organisational skills with experience managing educational projects and meeting deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Word Excel PowerPoint and digital learning tools.
- NHS and GPhC Knowledge: A thorough understanding of pharmacy practice NHS policy and GPhC educational standards.
