Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with a strong background in Python and SQL. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development demonstrating the ability to deliver highquality solutions. You will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining software applications while collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain scalable software applications using Python and SQL.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and other engineers to gather and analyze requirements.
- Write clean efficient and welldocumented code.
- Perform database design and optimization to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot debug and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Categorywise Technical Skills:
Core Skills:
- Programming Languages: Proficient in Python programming.
- Database Management: Strong experience with SQL including writing complex queries stored procedures and database optimization.
- Frameworks and Libraries: Familiarity with frameworks such as Django or Flask (if applicable).
- Version Control: Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
Additional Skills:
- Data Analysis: Experience in data manipulation and analysis using Python libraries (e.g. Pandas NumPy).
- API Development: Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration.
- Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) can be a plus.
- Testing: Understanding of software testing methodologies and experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g. PyTest unittest).
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proven experience in developing applications using Python and SQL.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is preferred.
DaytoDay Activities:
- Collaborate with team members to define project requirements and specifications.
- Develop and implement software solutions and features.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in daily standups and sprint planning meetings.
- Document software processes and maintain technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Relevant certifications in Python SQL or software development methodologies (optional but preferred).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
