The AIS Infrastructure Group consists of four civil/vertical construction companies. Our services include infrastructure improvement heavy civil construction vertical construction site development for government and state agencies and private enterprise across the United States.
GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager Construction is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from initiation to completion. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful of construction and industrial services projects. The Project Manager Construction must possess a strong knowledge of project management principles construction processes and adhere to AIS Infrastructures safety standards and protocols.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage project plans schedules and budgets.
Coordinate and supervise all project activities including subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure project compliance with applicable regulations codes and standards.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals scope and deliverables.
Manage project resources including labor equipment and materials.
Conduct regular project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
Prepare and present project reports to management.
Technical writing and ability to bid work and have it reviewed.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
EDUCATION KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance to access secured facilities including military bases.
Bachelors degree in construction management civil engineering or a related field.
10 Years of NAVfAC experience Strongly preferred
Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management is generally required to be successful in this role.
Current OSHA 30
Indepth knowledge of construction processes regulations and best practices.
Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
Strong knowledge of construction project management principles.
Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Analytical and problemsolving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer service and client management skills.
TRAVEL
Travel to project sites may be necessary.
