Job Description
* Facilitate community integration by transporting and supervising individuals in activities including religious services cultural events recreational activities banking medical appointments and employment.
* Must be physically capable of transferring people of adult weight ranges to and from wheelchairs or other adaptive equipment;
* Respect for the confidentiality of all communications required within job duties including client/employee records and documents and electronic transmission by voice data and wire;
* Experience with multicultural/multilingual populations and multidisciplinary teams.
