As a Consumer Care Community Manager you will be instrumental in shaping the online presence of our wellknown Mars Pet Nutrition brands such as Pedigree Greenies and Temptations across both paid and organic social media. This role is all about building meaningful connections with pet parents and brand advocates driving growth through communitybuilding initiatives that align with Mars Petcares mission to create a better life for pets and their families.

Your efforts will drive brand loyalty and deliver valuable insights to inform marketing decisions and elevate the voice of the pet parent ultimately enriching the lives of pets and their families. What are we looking for
- A Bachelors degree in Public Relations Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in related work (customer service social media consumer relations public relations etc..
- A social mediasavvy Associate who is passionate about building relationships with pet parents and driving brand impact through community engagement.
- Candidates should be proactive collaborators partnering with internal and external stakeholders including agency partners content creators and brand teams.
- Selfstarters who can identify gaps and recommend solutions while also being thought leaders in the social space delivering proactive solutions and critical insights to business partners.
What would be your key responsibilities
- Proactively engage with creators community members collaborators influencers and pet parents in alignment with brand priorities and tone of voice.
- Respond to consumer inquiries ensuring exceptional service; provide ongoing training and support to onboard and drive continuous improvement of vendor read and response agents.
- Identify opportunities to surprise delight and honor brand fans executing daytoday management of the SDH program
- Protect the brand and community by moderating posts/comments and managing corporate and brand reputation through reporting and escalations.
- Serve as a thought leader connecting relevant strategy and insights to brand stakeholders by delivering consistent brand health performance and social listening reporting; stay updated on new emerging trends tools platforms and practices in social media.
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts based on brand needs and strategy; secure rights for usergenerated content (UGC) according to brand policies.
