The Marketing Research Team surveys and collects the data from the guests of our resort.The job duties ofthe Lead Surveyorposition include but are not limited to:
- Act as supervisoronduty when acting supervisor is unavailable
- Ensure data is clean and ready for processing
- Conduct a preset quota of different surveys through out the resort
- Conduct event surveys at other resorts this maybe outside the 8am3pm job scoop
- Initiate conversations with guests when conducting surveys
- Act as a company amabassador to guests on the mountain
- Perform some adminstrative duties such as data downloadings and mergers
- Help with addional projects at supervisors discretion
- Attend mountain meeting when needed and generate a summary of meetings
- Staff training throughout the season
Qualifications:
- College education preferred
- Marketing/Marketing Research experience preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- At least 2 years in guest servicerelated field required
- Familiar/comfortable with data collections
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Familiar with SPSS
- Must be able to work weekends holidays and some evenings required
- Must ski or snowboard at an intermediate or higher level required
- Able to work outdoors for long periods of time in all climates including wind snow rain and cold required
- Knowledge of the Keystone Ski Resort preferred
