Job Description
The High School Life Director gives leadership to students grades ninth through twelfth grade. They will partner with our current High School Life Director for our male students to give oversight to all Highschool discipleship and programming as it supports the Purpose Mission and Values of Wheaton Bible Church of seeing people Love God Love One Another Love our Neighbors and Love the Nations. The primary responsibility in this role is developing and executing the scope and sequence of the students experience while in the ministry. This includes weekly yearly and phasespecific environments where students grow and are discipled in their faith. They place his highest priority on prayer discipleship. and the study and teaching of the Word.
15 years of experience in Student Ministry
Bachelors degree or experience in Bible Youth Ministry or related field.
Spanish fluency is a plus.

We currently hold worship services in both English and Spanish while providing space care and leadership coaching for 5 additional ethnic language fellowship groups. Additionally we serve our local community through West Chicagos largest social service provider Puente de Pueblo by providing case management services for families adult literacy programming and afterschool programming for children and youth.
