Job Description
Strategically and systematically develop a commercial customer base through direct cold call sales effort.
Acquire new commercial and residential customers through followup phone calls for written estimates given on site.
Acquire new commercial and residential customers through followup phone calls to key contacts made during direct sales effort.
Develop residential customer base through commercial customer referrals.
Acquire new residential customers through personal contacts and community networking groups.
Meet weekly monthly quarterly and annual sales goals
Friendly outgoing personality
Goaloriented and resultsdriven.
Ability to calculate and prepare job estimates on site.
Excellent communication skills in person and on the telephone.
Good organizational skills and ability to followthrough on contacts made.
Demonstrated selfconfidence and trustworthiness

We are looking for courteous self motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations office buildings and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work travel between jobs and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation proof of insurance and a valid drivers license to be considered for employment.
