• MyMichigan Medical Center Tawas Tawas City MI
• 4 ORs 1 CSection OR 1 MPR
• 47 beds
• 2500 cases per year
• General orthopedic ENT (including peds) ophthalmology endoscopy OB/GYN plastics No heads no hearts.
• Call is 1:2 (facility runs 2 weeks on 2 weeks off schedule)
• Typical day: 7 am 3 pm
• CRNAonly facility (surgeon supervised
• Work a total of 26 weeks a year with an ideal schedule of two weeks on two weeks off! This 50bed hospital is in rural northeast Michigan in Tawas City.
• This facility is an allCRNA model allowing the CRNAS to practice independently.
• There are approximately 200 deliveries a year.

Requirements

• Active state license DEA State CDS
• Board certification .
• ACLS PALS BLS
