Exciting Opportunity: Transaction Manager
CORY is hiring a Transaction Manager who is passionate and driven about multifamily real estate ready to make an impact by providing an indepth detailoriented perspective driving exponential growth!

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Manage the full life cycle of multifamily acquisitions dispositions and refinances for the company
Develop and maintain relationships with lenders brokers title companies insurance agents attorneys and property and asset management teams
Stay abreast of industry knowledge regarding economic and market trends
Build a pipeline and deal flow of investment opportunities aligning with investment strategy for real estate investment opportunities.
Manage LOI PSA and other documents relating to property transactions to support negotiations and closings
Oversee the real estate loans from application through closing
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
Bachelors degree in finance real estate or a related field
4 years of relevant real estate experience (transaction management acquisitions brokerage asset management title or operations)
Experience in multifamily real estate is highly preferred

Base salary commensurate with experience $80K $110K
