Responsibilities:

• Personal Care:Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
• Companionship:Engage with clients through conversation activities and social interaction to promote their emotional wellbeing.
• Household Assistance:Help with light housekeeping tasks meal preparation and grocery shopping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Medication Reminders:Ensure clients take their medications as prescribed keeping track of schedules and dosages.
• Mobility Support:Aid clients with walking transferring and exercises to maintain their physical health.
• Documentation:Accurately record client information progress notes and any changes in condition to keep our team informed.

Benefits and Compensation:

• $18 to $21 per hour paid biweekly.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a Home Care Aid License
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No professional experience required. Family experience and/or professional caregiverexperience is accepted.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Ability to communicate with office staff clients and other caregivers through phone call text and email.
