Position Description:
The Team Leaders primary responsibility will be maintaining employee morale while helping the Coordinators and Directors execute and delegate the tasks to team members. This is a critically important role as its biggest function is bridging the gap between team members and top tier leadership. These should be some of the most positive outgoing encouraging people in the store while being attentive to detail and proactive. They are to be always encouraging the team (general encouragement and encouragement toward goals like suggestive selling speed of service etc. They should also be people who have a constant positive attitude and ongoing spirit of camaraderie/teamwork and passion for the entire organization.They run shifts breaks delegate tasks/projects answer questions help with training close the restaurant and resolves guests concerns and complaints.
This Team Leader Must Be:
- Honest: has integrity tells the truth
- Reliable: always on time calls in rarely and only for good reason
- Humble: values teamwork doesnt act superior or irreplaceable listens
- Polished to ChickfilA uniform standards: always wears clean pressed complete uniform. Well groomed with good hygiene
- Positive: has a good attitude and only spreads happiness not negativity. Avoids gossip
- Tidy & Organized: values cleanliness for themselves and their work area keeps things clean and organized as they work
- Respectful: treats coworkers and superiors with honor and dignity listens well
