Job Description
We are looking for experienced qualified sales professionals or someone looking to start a career with a desire to grow & achieve above average income! The role of an Automotive Sales Associate is to sell automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics capabilities and features: developing and qualifying buyers; closing sales. Automotive Sales Associates are also responsible for providing customers with the utmost buying experience and expected to maintain an ongoing relationship with the client postsale.
Qualifications And Skills
- Previous automotive sales experience is a PLUS
- Must have a clean & valid drivers license.
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing and friendly especially while handling objections
- Quality customer service skills and sales track record
- Strong interpersonal and communications inperson and over the phone
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- Persistent competitive and good work ethic.
- Focuses on the customers needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
- Bilingual a BIG plus good English/ Spanish or Portuguese
