Maintain and repair various types of carpeting vinyl rubber ceramic wood and baseboards. Removes existing floor coverings and installs new floor coverings. Responsible for installing masonry blocks.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Install and repairs flooring carpet vinyl rubber ceramic wood. Repairs to flooring substrate. Repairs to walls. Repairs to stairs and steps. Assist with painting and carpentry and other duties as assigned.
