Description
Looking for PART TIME Home Health Aide:
T.O.N.E. Home Health Services Inc. is a 4.9 star Google rated company. T.O.N.E has a team of professionals who uphold their duty as home care providers with compassion. To promote effective care we ensure that families and clients are consulted in identifying the services they need. We also work closely with your primary Physician as we design your personalized care plan. Your loved ones health conditions will define the type of services that will be provided.
Coverage needs below:
- Detroit areas
- We offer competitive wages biweekly pay and direct deposit (Pay $30 per visit)
Job Duties:
Follow Plan of care as outlined from the Clinician examples below:
Assist clients with personal care tasks including grooming bathing and dressing
Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel as required
Assist with meal planning and preparation ensuring dietary needs are met
Assist with medication reminders
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Assist with transportation to appointments and errands as necessary
Benefits:

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Home Health Aide Requirements:
- Active CNA certification with the State of MichiganOR CHHA certification (REQUIRED)
- Valid CPR (Required)
- TB test result (Required)
- Reliable transportation (Required)
- Valid drivers licenseauto insurance in your name as a driver & Auto Registration (Required)
- 1 year experience in Home health care or any other healthcare settings (Required)
