Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Counsellor to join our team in Mumbai Malad. The position is a fulltime juniorlevel role ideal for individuals with up to a maximum of 6 years of work experience. As a Counsellor you will play a key role in enhancing client relationships and supporting our mission to grow businesses online.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a counsellor (Mandatory skill) in a professional setting with a focus on engaging with clients and addressing their needs.
- Experience in handling front desk tasks (Mandatory skill) ensuring smooth office operations and providing administrative support when needed.
- Proficiency in managing reception duties (Mandatory skill) including greeting clients and directing them appropriately.
- Exceptional active listening skills to understand clients challenges and provide appropriate solutions and support.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate information and build rapport with clients and team members.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities demonstrating creativity and resourcefulness in addressing client concerns.
- Experience in sales particularly in understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions to drive business growth.
- Front sales experience for effectively engaging potential clients and generating interest in our digital services.

- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored digital solutions to promote growth.
- Handle front desk operations efficiently ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and clients.
- Manage reception duties by greeting visitors addressing inquiries and routing them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in sales by understanding client requirements and proposing suitable products or services to meet their objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing engagement and satisfaction with our services.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that address client challenges and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure consistency and followup on client needs.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
