Position Summary
Technicut Tool(TCT) a CMTcompanyis seeking aCNC Lathe Machinistfor our Windsor Ontariolocation.If you are looking for an organization and career that will match your strong work ethic and passion for success Technicut Tool is a great place to start!
*This position works Monday thru Friday from 7:00am 3:30pm. The pay range for this position is between $21.00 $31.00 per hour depending on experience*
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform simple setups and operate CNC lathe machinesunder supervision.
- Perform and record first article inspections of parts.
- Create and edit machine programs (familiarity with Mazak/Fanuc a plus).
- Maintain control of manufacturing documentation (example: Planning drawings sketches specifications setup sheets etc..
Experience Qualifications and Skills
- High School/GED or equivalent education.
- 3 yearsofmachine shop experience or a combination of work experience and vocational training is required.
- Prior experience with Mazak/Fanuc/DMGmachines is a plus.
- Ability to read write and speak English is required.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to produce precision work.
- Position available to Canadian Citizens or Canadian Permanent Residents ONLY.
