Job Overview
We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist (Non US IT Recruitments) with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at eZone Staffing LLC. As a Sourcing Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting nonUS IT professionals for our clients. This is a fulltime position based in Hyderabad Telangana India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting nonUS IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of nonUS IT recruitments and US tax terms
- Ability to coordinate effectively with team members and client stakeholders
- Familiarity with W2 and direct client hiring processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and recruit nonUS IT professionals for our clients requirements
- Screen and assess candidates based on their qualifications and skills
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient and timely recruitment processes
- Maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future job openings
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments in nonUS IT recruitments
- Communicate with clients and understand their recruitment needs and preferences
- Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards social media and professional networks to identify and attract qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates compatibility with the clients requirements
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and ethical standards
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities.
Work location : LB Nagar Hyderabad with onsite job opportunity!
Shift Timings : 7 PM to 4 AM.
