Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual Technician to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a fulltime position. The ideal candidate will have expertise in setting up and managing audio and video equipment along with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. The candidate should be detailoriented and capable of working collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications and Skills
ITI ELECTRONICS/ DIPLAMO ELECTRONICS/BE EEE
- Proficient in Audio Equipment Setup (Mandatory skill)
- Proficient in Video Equipment Setup (Mandatory skill)
- Adept at Cable Management (Mandatory skill)
- Strong troubleshooting abilities to quickly identify and resolve AV issues
- Knowledge of various AV systems and their functionalities
- Excellent customer service skills to support client needs effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure precise installation and operation of AV equipment
- Capable of effective team collaboration to achieve project goals
Roles and Responsibilities
- Set up operate and maintain audio and video equipment for various events and venues
- Perform routine checks and troubleshoot any issues with AV systems to ensure smooth operation
- Collaborate with team members and clients to understand and fulfill specific AV requirements
- Manage cabling and wiring to ensure a safe and organized workspace
- Provide onsite technical support during events to promptly address any AV problems
- Document and report on all AV setup and maintenance activities
- Maintain an inventory of AV equipment and request replacements or upgrades as needed
- Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and industry best practices to continually improve service quality
