Job Description
Our Sales team is the first point of contact for consumers that reach out to us for help. Also known as Debt Consultants they will be responsible for making contact with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls developing relationships and guiding them through the qualification and enrollment process.
Things you should know about this role:
- We are only considering candidates who have recentDebt Settlement / Debt Relief sales experience.
- This is a remote role that is open only to applicants in AZ FL GA MD NY PA & TX
- This is a phone sales position. You will be making calls to and taking calls from people that are looking for help with their debt. We provide you with quality leads (no cold calling required) but you must enjoy being on the phone and put forth the effort to be successful.
- This role is hourly commission. On average a firstyear sales representative can expect to earn $55000 or more. Experienced sales reps can make $100k
- Schedule is MonThurs 9:00a6:00p and Friday 9:00a5:00p local time.
Responsibilities include:
- Takinginbound calls from consumers interested in our services.
- Making outbound calls to consumers who have inquired about our services.
- Evaluate potential clients situation and provide options to help pay off their debt.
- Quote payment options and explain program details.
- Effectively manage a client pipeline ensuring proper followup
- Be thorough and detailed with the presentation information gathering and completing client files.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recent debt settlement credit counseling or related experience
- The ability to efficiently and effectively manage a sales pipeline
- Must be energetic and selfmotivated.
- Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Be proficient with computers especially with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Must have a suitable workspace with reliable highspeed internet.
