Mental Health Recovery Services (MHRS)
- Empower Personal Growth: Meet with participants to assess their needs and work collaboratively to create personalized treatment plans. Youll use a strengthsbased personcentered and traumainformed approach to help individuals define their goals and take steps toward recovery.
- Coordinate Care: Work closely with other service providers and DMH staff to ensure participants receive comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of their wellbeing.
- Provide Clinical Expertise: Lead the team by offering guidance support and training on evidencebased practices helping staff grow in their ability to provide the best care.
- Ensure Progress: Complete essential paperwork and assessments ensuring that treatment plans safety checks and risk management plans are in place and kept up to date.
- Be a Resource in Times of Need: Participate in the oncall rotation to provide support during critical times ensuring that participants feel safe and supported no matter the situation.

- Clinical Masters degree
- Massachusetts clinical license or licenseeligible required (LCSW LICSW LMHC LADC1 ABA etc.
- Experience providing clinical and recovery services to individuals with mental illness
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; selfmotivated
- Ability to complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Good organizational communication and writing skills
- Substance abuse clinical experience preferred
