BODYROK and Our Trainers have earned the reputation for delivering some of the most challenging and comprehensive workouts in California and were excited to introduce our concept to the Peninsula. We combine our proprietary Hybrid Pilates Method taught on custombuilt reformers and deliver one of the best 40minute fullbody workouts our clients have ever had. Our trainers are micd up highenergy instructors teaching to heartpumping music in beautiful studios. Theyre teaching some of the quickest transitions all in an effort to deliver the most highintensity lowimpact workouts leaving the clients energized and sore for days. Opportunity for commissions from day 1. Paid instructor continued education program.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Teach highintensity Pilates classes on our custombuilt reformers
- Provide exceptional hospitality to all BODYROK clients
- Represent the BODYROK brand both inside and outside of class
- Excellent ability to multitask and communicate
- Capability and interest in learning / growing with our expanding brand
- Follow the BODYROK teaching method
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of anatomy and biomechanics
- Flexible teaching schedule
- Can be scheduled to teach at least two days per week
- CPR certified
- Preferred 1year minimum experience instructing one of the following: Pilates Circuit Training Indoor Cycling Bootcamp HITT Boxing/Kickboxing or Group Fitness.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to demonstrate BODYROK method exercises and routines to clients
- Assisting clients with exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness
- Ability to modify exercises according to clients fitness levels
- Teach effectively and safely during all classes.
Compensation: $41.00 $59.00 per hour
