POSTACUTE CARE PHYSICIAN NEEDED IN COLORADO SPRINGS
Full time and Parttime opportunities available

Were currently seeking BoardCertified or BoardEligible physicians in Internal Medicine Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care and preventative care for patients in assigned skilled and longterm care facilities
- See an average of 16 patients per day
- Collaborate with the nursing staff and administration at each facility
- Work with a large network of community primary care physicians
Position Highlights:
- Great base salary of $250k plus bonus
