The HR Technology Group Manager provides project leadership and oversight to multifaceted technical and process enhancement deliverables supporting our HRIS and People strategy. This role works to analyze business problems designs processes/solutions which leverages technology and supports implementation. This role requires the ability to thinks strategically acts tactically and conceptualize develop drive coordinate our system architecture and process across group responsivities.
This position is responsible for oversight and leading a team responsible for managing technology functions: HR Master Data System administration (maintaining foundation objects workflow data logic for hires terms transfers) recruiting onboarding performance & goals compensation/variable pay succession reporting development & integration support job profile builder review & implementation of semiannual releases (both mandatory & optional) including testing and quality assurance. Provides payroll process consultation and partners with information technology and business center on an as needed basis.
Leads HR technology initiatives translating opportunities into actionable and measurable work/deliverables.
Partner with HR functional teams to analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing processes and develop sustainable repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.
Manages design implementation delivery and support for many of the organizations HR systems and related procedures to ensure successful adoption. Drives a continuous improvement mindset strong change leader who serves as a project leader for concurrent large mid and smallscale projects and ongoing services.
Utilizes system process design and lean principles (project Management approach) to ensure HR technology is utilized to its full potential for optimized HR Shared Services processes.
Serves as SME or partners with resources to support HR systems maintenance and support. Assists with the of system changes (updates integrations new configurations) and participate in all aspects of system testing.
Builds strong internal relationships with HR COE leaders key HR and business leaders to define and understand strategic and tactical data requirements.
Provides enduser training troubleshooting issue remediation and escalation support. Monitors reoccurring issues system/data or process gaps and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements. Implements analytical reports and methodologies; assists with interpretation or results.
Coach manage and develop a team of HRIS Professionals
Required:
Bachelors Degree with 8 years HRIS or IT related experience
SuccessFactors (or comparable HRIS or IT implementation configuration and maintenance experience required.
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to lead special projects and ability to multitask (i.e. upgrades major organizational changes etc.
Strong organizational and skills with attention to detail and ability to drive successful of plans.
Developed interpersonal communications (written and verbal) and teamwork skills including ability to communicate analytics to a nontechnical audience. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite MSExcel macros MS Visio and Relational Databases
