Service Greeter position open for immediate hiring !
Description of the role:
Welcome customers as they arrive at the service center assist in directing them to the appropriate service advisor or technician.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct customers promptly and professionally
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate customer vehicle dropoffs and pickups
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Good communication skills

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility minimal overtime
- Valid drivers license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
- Able to clear a preemployment background check
- Maintains a professional appearance
