Work Schedule:

100 FTE day/evening shift. Rotational start time ranging from 7:00AM 8:30AM. 21 weekday and 5 weekend call shifts with 12 holidays required per year. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay:A competitive starting pay based on relevant work experience. This position also includes an evening differential. You may be eligible for a $5000 signon bonus (prorated based on FTE).

We are seeking an Ultrasonographer to:

  • Perform a wide variety of routine and complex ultrasound procedures including pelvic abdominal small parts and routine vascular examinations and may perform more complex imaging.
  • Perform clinical examinations on adults geriatric patients adolescents and pediatric age groups.
  • Work at a variety of locations including a Level 1 Trauma Center critical care facility and several clinics in the Madison area.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of accredited ultrasonography program and/or registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) Required
  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field Preferred
Work Experience
  • Previous healthcare experience Required
  • 2 years of clinical experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
  • Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (RDMS) in a minimum of two concentrations: Abdomen Ob/Gyn Breast or Pediatric Sonography or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) Upon Hire Required
  • RVT credential if not already acquired or Minimum Qualifications Substitute (MQS) if in OBGYN department within 30 months Required
  • CPR certification within 3 months Required
  • Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in a minimum of two concentrations listed above and RVT Preferred
