- Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates with a positive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to continuously look for ways to help people
- Critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to a problem.
- Efficient time management skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Graphic Design skills and/or print experience is preferred
- Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Convey to the customer our expertise in products services and capabilities; and serve as a key educator.
- Confer with customers by telephone email or inperson to provide information about products or services take and enter orders and collect payment for jobs and services.
- Work with other team members to make sure jobs move through our production processes including coordination and helping with the production of jobs when needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- Previous experience in the print/custom apparel industries preferred
- Class E Drivers License
- Eligible to work in the United States
