Work Schedule:
100 FTE working 10 or 12hour shifts but mostly 12 hours between 7:00 AM 7:00 PM hours with a 1:4 weekend rotation working at University Hospital in Madison WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

As an Advanced Practice Provider you will play an integral role in our inpatient care teams by providing highquality costeffective care to patients with the #1 hospital in Wisconsin and the #1 ranked lung transplant program in the nation!
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Inpatient Advanced Pulmonary Service to:
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to provide comprehensive care to patients with advanced pulmonary disease in an inpatient setting.
- Care for patients with Cystic Fibrosis Pulmonary Hypertension and pre and postlung transplant.
- Conduct comprehensive health history and physical assessment of patients with acuteand chronic conditions affecting the respiratory system.
- Participate in daily rounding and collaborate with the attending or consulting team to adjust plans of care.

- Masters Degree or Doctorates degree from accredited Nursing Program Required
Education:
If Nurse Practitioner:Masters or Doctorates degree from accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant:Bachelors or Masters degree from accredited PA Program.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
If Nurse Practitioner*:
- Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses including prescriptive authority in state(s) of practice AND
- Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may include the following: Adult Adult/Gerontology Primary Care Adult Acute Care or Family.
If Physician Assistant*:
- Active PA license including prescriptive authority in state(s) of practice AND
- Active PA board certification
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
