Job Description

Position Summary

The Policy Processing Associate is responsible for reviewing property inspection reports making recommendations and reviewing compliance from Agents. This role further involves reviewing applications for insurance performing quality reviews of inspection work making policy and maintaining accurate records of policy transactions. The associate works closely with underwriters brokers and clients to ensure that properties underwritten conform to carrier guidelines and risk appetite.

What will your job entail

Job Responsibilities:
Review and process inspection reports.
Communicate with underwriters brokers and clients to resolve policyrelated issues.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements related to properties inspected and insured.
Assist in the development and implementation of inspection review procedures.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and brokers.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.


Work Experience and Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration with 6 months to a year of related experience

Licenses & Certifications:
Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) is preferred

The target salary range for this position is $62000.00 $62000.00 annually.

The wage range for this role considers many factors such as training transferable skills work experience licensure and certification business needs and market demands.
