Overview/ Job Responsibilities
Sev1Tech is looking for a Senior Cyber SecurityEngineer to provide cybersecurity engineering deployment and integration support to protect and defend information and information systems (IS) by ensuring their availability integrity authentication confidentiality and nonrepudiation. They will also provide technical leadership and expertisefor Enterprisewide cybersecurity engineering systems engineering sustainment and the life cycle support to the warfighter DoD joint and federal customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum fifteen 15 years of experience in Engineering Systems Analysis DoN and DoD IT Systems Information Assurance Web Development or Engineering Management to include: Systems Analysis Systems Architecture Systems/Equipment Support Test and Evaluation and Logistics support of C4ISR requirements.
- Three 3 years of technical experience in support of information assurance/network protection or virtualization projects.
- Experience with Navy RMF
- Navy Validator experience
- Demonstrated detailed knowledge of IA concepts and requirements.
- Experience using configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible Chef PowerShell) to manage systems.
- Perform handson technical security risk assessments to identify flaws threats and risks in emerging IT projects and develop technical indepth engineering solutions to address and mitigate risks.
