Our work includes supporting clients with product launches supply chain optimization systems and data strategy and overall business strategy. We are seeking an experienced Sr. Business Analyst to join our team and drive impactful outcomes for our clients.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven Sr. Business Analyst with a background in business and 58 years of consulting experience. In this role you will help emerging and established life sciences clients solve complex business challenges by providing datadriven insights managing projects and delivering strategic insights and recommendations. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams and directly engage with senior leaders to support highvalue initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives including business process improvements crossfunctional collaboration operational optimization and market analysis.
- Collaborate with senior leadership at client organizations to define goals and structure solutions to complex business challenges.
- Support development and implementation of derisking strategies to help clients navigate uncertain regulatory and commercial environments market fluctuations and operational risks.
- Analyze business data market trends and financial information to develop recommendations that drive operational and financial performance.
- Develop comprehensive client deliverables including presentations reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Manage project timelines resources and client expectations ensuring successful delivery within scope and budget.
- Support client engagements across areas such as launch planning market access supply chain and commercialization strategies.
- Conduct workshops lead client meetings and provide actionable insights to guide decisionmaking.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and regulatory changes to inform client strategies and risk mitigation plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 58 years of experience in management consulting or a strategic role within life sciences commercialization healthcare or related industries.
- Proven expertise in analyzing and interpreting business data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong project management skills with experience in leading projects or workstreams.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint Excel Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive clientfocused mindset.
- Willingness to travel up to 25 50
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the life sciences pharmaceuticals or biotech industries.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar.
- Experience working directly with seniorlevel stakeholders contributing to highimpact decisions.
