First (Days)Overview:
Support process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma and other best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze current processes identify inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement.
Collect and analyze data to measure process performance identify trends and evaluate the impact of changes.
Work closely with department leaders and crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Provide training and coaching on process improvement tools and methodologies to staff and teams.
Monitor the success of implemented process changes ensuring sustainability and identifying further areas for improvement.
Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate process improvement findings outcomes and recommendations to senior management.
3 years experience in process improvement or healthcare management
