Job Description

Job Summary:
The Automotive Sales Manager at Auffenberg Ford OFallon is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations at our dealership in OFallon Illinois. This is a fulltime management role in the automotive industry with a compensation potential of $100000 per year. The Sales Manager will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales objectives and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
Manage the daytoday sales operations at the dealership including setting sales goals developing strategies to achieve goals and monitoring sales performance.
Train motivate and mentor the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales objectives and provide excellent customer service.
Create and implement sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and increase sales.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and work to resolve any customer concerns.
Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
Work closely with other departments such as finance and service to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
Keep uptodate with industry trends market changes and competitor activities to inform decisionmaking.
Assist with recruiting hiring and onboarding new sales team members.

Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive sales with at least 3 years in a management role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong customer service and relationshipbuilding abilities.
Knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
Must be able to work weekends and occasional evenings.
