As a Marketer for the Student Painters division under the guidance of the Owner your primary responsibility will be to canvass designated streets and neighborhoods to promote the painting services offered by the business. This role involves engaging with residential homeowners delivering a scripted pitch developed during training sessions and leveraging your interpersonal and sales skills to generate interest in the painting services.
Key Responsibilities:
Canvassing:
Walk assigned streets to visit residential homes.
Pitch Delivery:
Utilize the marketing scripts provided by the Owner/Operator during training sessions.
Tailor the pitch to effectively communicate Student Painting services benefits to homeowners.
Lead Generation:
Define a lead as obtaining comprehensive contact information from interested homeowners.
Collect first and last names one or more phone numbers property street address a detailed description of the painting work desired relevant observations (e.g. peeling garage door) and the homeowners preferred contact time.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of collected leads using the House Tracking Sheet.
Ensure all information is complete and meets the Owner/Operators standards for payment eligibility.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to follow scripted pitches while adapting to individual homeowner responses.
Persistence and resilience in the face of potential rejections.
Attention to detail in lead documentation.
Willingness to work flexible hours and walk designated streets.
